Bonnie S. Gould, Esquire
Bonnie is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono (1990), Beal College (1991) and UNH Law (1996). Upon graduation Bonnie served as a judicial law clerk to the Maine Superior Court. She was admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Maine and New Hampshire in 1996, and Massachusetts in 1997. Bonnie previously worked for a public accounting firm in Portland doing trust and estate tax work before opening her own law practice in Southern Maine in 2001. Bonnie was an adjunct professor of Paralegal Studies at Husson University from 1999 until 2010. Bonnie served as a Maine state representative and then went on to do communication and policy work for the Maine Senate Republican Office before being elected by the Maine Senate to serve as the Assistant Secretary, a position which she resigned in June of 2010 to join Hastings Law Office, in Fryeburg, Maine, where she worked for four years, before re-establishing her own practice in Cornish. While with the Maine Legislature Bonnie received a fellowship and completed a program for Senior Executives in Government at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Bonnie is a charter member of the South Berwick-Eliot Rotary Club, former club Secretary, and former Chair of the South Berwick Zoning Board of Appeals, former Director of the Greater Lakes Region Bridgton Chamber of Commerce, former Affiliate of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, and is Past President of the Fryeburg Area Rotary Club. She is also a former member of the Board of Directors for Maine Educational Services in Portland, Maine, and Children Unlimited in Conway, New Hampshire. Currently, Bonnie is President of the Rotary Club of Ossipee Valley, NH; a member of the Fryeburg Business Association, a member of the Cornish Area Businesses, and a member of the Quint-Cheney American Legion Auxiliary-Unit 87. Through the National Institute for Business, Bonnie has co-written and presented seminars for Maine paralegals and attorneys in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust and estate taxation. Bonnie's practice areas include estate planning, probate administration, divorce and parental rights, corporate formation and real estate.

Marietta is a graduate of Laguna State Polytechnic University with a degree in Information Technology.
Marietta Torres has been with Heritage since the end of 2020, serving as a part time remote assistant to Attorney Gould. She assists Attorney Gould and the team with the drafting of correspondence, formatting of documents and document automation, billing, and other administrative tasks necessary to keep matters moving.
